Harsh Project Consultant is in the field of Basic Engineering & Process Design for the Chemical, Petrochemical & Refinery Industries.  The key person is having over 17 years of experience in the field of basic engineering & process design for the Chemical, Petrochemical & Refinery Industries with different engineering companies inside / outside India. Proficiency in handling of Process Engineering simulation Software such as CHEMCAD / PRO II / HTRI / B-JAC / HYSIS (partly)

 
Following activities can be carried out:

Process design and basic engineering services for various processing units. The work consist to prepare conceptual design, heat and mass balance, Process Flow Diagrams, Process Equipment Design, Piping & Instrumentation Diagrams (P&IDs), Hydraulic Calculations, Instrument Specifications including safety valve, Equipment Layout etc.

Project cost estimate and prepare feasibility study

Design of Distillation Columns, Heat Exchangers etc. using appropriate simulation software

Harsh Project Consultant is started in August-2005 after returning back of key person from USA.
 

HTRI Software for Thermal Design of Heat Exchanger

The key person has worked for HTRI software marketing and technical assistance during employment with Vadodara based reputed organization (1991-2002) who was representative of HTRI for Asian Countries.

During course of that responsibility:

Trained by HTRI in India for one week for all of their software.

Trained by HTRI for two days in Houston, USA.

Additionally worked for following major project:

  1. Bangalore based reputed engineering company for their IOCL, Gujarat Refinery Project, worked for Heat Exchanger train design for Crude Oil heating
  2. Mumbai based reputed engineering company for their one of the petrochemical project in Malaysia for several heat exchanger thermal design.
  3. Various fabricators in and around Vadodara for several Heat exchanger design
  4. Worked for several heat exchanger design during in house basic engineering preparations
 
Basic Engineering & Process Design

The key person has worked extensively for reputed engineering companies in India and outside India.

Worked Vadodara based reputed engineering organization “Alpha Project Services Pvt. Ltd” for more than 10 years. During this period of tenure worked for several reputed organization for different projects.

The organization like John Brown (India) Ltd, GAIL (New Delhi), Kvaerner   Powergas India Ltd, Linde Process Technology (India) Ltd, Diamines & Chemicals Ltd, Hikal Ltd (A company promoted by Merck USA), Heubach Colour Ltd (German company), ONGC (Hazira) etc.

During this long period of span, worked on a contract basis for the various internationally recognized companies like ABB Lummus (in USA), WS Atkins (in UAE), and Reliance Refinery (in Jamnagar) for their projects.

Afterwards, worked for very reputed Technology Licensing Company “GTC Technology, Houston, USA” for about three years. Prepared several proposals and BEP packages for the various clients around the world for extraction and purification of benzene, toluene and xylene. Also, prepared proposal and BEP (partly) for technology like Isomerization, Transalkylation etc.
